Click the donate button below to pay for your plaque with a credit or debit card. The fee for a plaque is $135.00 plus $40.00 for a steel post and installation materials.

As a non-profit, volunteer organization, GLHA charges only for the actual cost of the plaques and installation. If you would like to add a donation to the application fee to help defray other costs, please feel free to do so. We appreciate your support!
